We can accommodate single drummers (10 x 10) up to 10-plus piece bands (30 x 30) and everything in-between (20 x 15).  Either way, we recommend setting up a time to check out some of the possible spaces. Once you decide on a room, all you need is the first month's rent, and you can start moving in your gear right away.  You have exclusive access to your space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Play as loud as you want for as long as you want!  We don't require any long-term contracts (month-to-month) and electricity, A/C, and wi-fi are included.
