Contact RICARDO (713.460.4537 or rzapatamts95@gmail.com) to figure out a match between what we have available and what size space you need.  We can accommodate small bands (12 x 10) and large bands (18 x 16) and everything in-between.  Either way, we recommend setting up a time to check out some of the possible spaces.  Once you decide on a room, all you need is the first month's rent + a small deposit, and you can start moving in your gear right away.  You have exclusive access to your space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Play as loud as you want for as long as you want!  We don't require any long-term contracts (it's all month-to-month) and electricity and and A/C is included.
