Contact JOHNY (303.320.8440 or franciscostudiosdenver@gmail.com) to figure out a match between what we have available and what size space you need.  We can accommodate single drummers (8 x 10) up to large bands (20 x 20) and everything in-between.  Either way, we recommend setting up a time to check out some of the possible spaces. Once you decide on a room, all you need is the first month's rent + a small deposit, and you can start moving in your gear right away.  You have exclusive access to your space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We don't require any long-term contracts and electricity and A/C-heat are included.
