We can accommodate single drummers (10 x 10) up to 10-plus piece bands (17 x 40) and everything in-between (15 x 15 - 15 x 20).  Either way, we recommend setting up a time to check out some of the possible spaces.  Once you decide on a room, all you need is the first month's rent, and you can start moving in your gear right away.  You have exclusive access to your space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Play as loud as you want for as long as you want!  We don't require any long-term contracts and electricity and A/C are included.
